As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing activities within the organization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer & talent acquisition, and revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to create impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with the target audience and achieve the company's business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive marketing approach.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies together with your team: Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions to guide marketing initiatives.
  • Brand management: Together with Design, oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Develop brand guidelines and monitor brand perception in the market.
  • Team management: Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Set clear objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, customer success,  product development, and design to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts. Collaborate on product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
  • Budgeting and resource allocation: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor expenses and track ROI for marketing activities.
  • Analytics and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to the executive team, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Experience : To flourish in this role, you'll need...

  • Proficient in Implementing Marketing Monitoring Tools: Demonstrated experience in implementing marketing monitoring tools that enable a data-driven approach, allowing for effective measurement and analysis of marketing efforts.
  • Strong Tech Interpretation and Translation Skills: Ability to understand complex technology concepts and effectively translate them into understandable terms. Capable of collaborating with teams across Revenue, Sales, and Product departments to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Industry and PaaS: Familiarity with the logistics industry and experience working with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions. Understanding the specific challenges and dynamics of the logistics sector.
  • Proven Track Record in Marketing Success within Tech/Innovation Environment: Extensive work experience and a successful track record in establishing marketing success within a technology-driven or innovation-focused environment. Capable of adapting marketing strategies to suit the unique demands of such environments.
  • Ability to Deliver Cohesive Customer Messaging and Experience: Proficient in crafting and delivering consistent customer messages and experiences that align both the Product and Brand marketing efforts. Capable of creating a unified and compelling narrative for customers.
  • Storytelling Skills in Complex Sales Environments: Proficient in building engaging stories around products or services, particularly in complex sales environments. Capable of conveying value propositions effectively to potential customers and overcoming challenges through storytelling.
  • Proven Leadership Skills with Hands-On Approach: Demonstrated capabilities as a leader with a hands-on leadership style. Able to motivate and drive a team towards goals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Fluent English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
