- Improve existing tooling to ensure product maintenance and automate more QA
- Participate in translating business requirements into technical actionables
- Guide & mentor the team to provide elegant and simple solutions to complex problems
- Maintain low tech-debt with documentation
Experience: To flourish in this role, you’ll need...
- Must have
- At least 7 years of experience (ideal 10 years)with a strong command of Javascript and Typescript
- Knowledge of distributed computing and data storage systems
- Demonstrated experience with building solid, testable, and maintainable clean code
- Understanding of queues and stream processing
- Proficiency in Docker, and general UNIX admin
- Business fluent English in both speaking and writing
- Nice to have
- Familiar with functional programming and micro-services
- Previous experience with identity management/access control (OIDC(OAuth)
- Efficiency working in an impactful, collaborative environment
- You have set up, or participated in the setting up of SaaS products in the past
- You are familiar with logistics
