As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding AELER's reach, delivering both our state-of-the-art container hardware and our sophisticated software solutions to a global clientele.

Responsibilities : As part of the Sales Team, you will...

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage named accounts through warm leads, targeted prospecting, industry events, and social selling.
  • Employ a structured and methodical approach to sales, leveraging your knowledge of MEDDICC and other sales methodologies to manage and close complex deals.
  • Unearth opportunities in customer supply chains that can be effectively addressed by AELER's integrated solutions, substantiating your approach with solid business cases.
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, fostering long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Continuously gather market insights and trends to inform product development and ensure our solutions address the most pressing customer challenges.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and responses to RFPs, and conduct persuasive sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities by leveraging both new and existing relationships.

Experience : To flourish in this role, you’ll need...

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling SaaS, Supply Chain Solutions, or Freight Forwarding services to companies with revenues >€100M. 
  • Experience in maritime logistics or bulk liquid transport. Experience in pharmaceutical supply chains is a plus.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and a track record of overperformance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and constructing convincing business cases.
  • Industry sales training or accreditation.
  • Fluent in English.
